We offer mental health and primary care services to the Farmington, Mo (St. Francis County) area through the use of medication and counseling administered by psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, family nurse practitioners and counselors. Let us help you today.

             

MAPS is currently providing services to nursing homes and residential care facilities as well as an outpatient setting. We only accept patients 18 and over for mental health treatment. We accept a wide variety of insurances and private pay (you can find a listing of our payment options on our insurance page).
